😄 Donna – Registered Dental Hygienist
Donna has been part of our dental family for over eight years! She graduated from MC in 1988 with honors as a dental assistant, then earned her associate degree in dental hygiene from CCCB in 1995.
Her warmth and honesty help patients feel truly at ease—she’s passionate about showing that dentistry doesn’t have to be stressful. Donna loves the laughter and camaraderie in our office, and it shows in every patient interaction.

🦷 Yesenia – Ortho Certified Assistant
Yesenia joined our team in December 2024, bringing 7 years of experience in general dental assisting to our Frederick and Hagerstown offices. A graduate of Frederick Community College in Dental Assisting and Radiography, she’s currently completing prerequisites for dental hygiene with hopes of joining the program at Hagerstown Community College.
She thrives in our collaborative, fun atmosphere and brings energy and dedication to every patient interaction.

Kaylynn joined Frederick Prime Dental after completing a dental billing and coding class in 2018, where she developed the skills that keep our practice running smoothly. She’s known for helping patients understand their dental needs and insurance benefits with clarity and care.

Zuhal Shirzai is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant at Frederick Prime Dental, where she plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive the highest quality care. Originally from Afghanistan, Zuhal brings a unique blend of cultural understanding and professional expertise to her work.
Known for her calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, she helps every patient feel comfortable and well-cared for during their visit.

If you’ve ever walked through our doors and felt instantly welcomed, chances are you’ve met Brooke 😊. Originally from the charming state of Massachusetts, Brooke began her journey in dentistry by completing a dental assisting program at Hagerstown Community College. But it didn’t take long for her to realize her true calling wasn’t chairside—it was front and center, creating a warm, efficient, and friendly experience for every patient who walks in.
🏡 In 2023, Brooke made Maryland her new home, moving with her boyfriend and their two adorable pups, Milo 🐶 and Winter 🐾. Whether she’s helping patients navigate their appointments or answering questions with a calm and cheerful demeanor, Brooke brings heart and hospitality to every interaction.
🌲 Outside the office, you’ll find her hiking scenic trails, curled up with a fantasy novel 📚, or enjoying cozy moments with her furry companions. Her love for nature and storytelling adds a touch of magic to everything she does.
